How to cancel your Astrala subscription

1. Open your account and sign in with the email you subscribed with.
2. Go to Subscription and press Cancel.

That is the whole process. You will not be asked why, and there is no offer to sit through. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Email support@astrala.app from any address, and include the last four digits of the card and the date of the charge. We will find the subscription and cancel it. You do not need account access to stop being billed.

If you were charged and did not mean to be, tell us and we will refund it. That includes the case where you forgot the trial was going to renew — it is a normal thing to forget, and we would rather refund it than have you dispute it with your bank.

Charges appear as PADDLE.NET*ASTRALA or similar, because Paddle is the merchant of record for our subscriptions. If you see that and do not recognise it, it is us, and the section above applies.
